   Well known singer-songwriter Jack Johnson released a song back in 2004 called ‘Good People’, and a part of it went like this: Well it’s bad, getting worse Where did all the good people go? I’ve been changing channels,  I don’t see them on the TV shows, Where did all the good people go?
